Questions And Answers
We recommend that you standardize your systems across your business or at least by department. We support macOS, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, iOS and Android systems.
Our helpdesk hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. We offer an after-hours paging service for emergencies.
You own your data. We provide you with your management passwords and other documentation on request, or if you decide to end our relationship. Any hardware rented as part of a service is available for discounted buyout, or remains with you free of charge if the term is completed.
