Your Journey with Even Keel Tech
It starts with getting to know your business.
Discovery
What do I need and how much will it cost?
Before starting any work, we’ll need to know a few basic things about your business. How many employees do you have? What technology do you use? What outcomes are important to you? At this stage, we start to flag unnecessary expenses, potential business risks and we’ll provide with you with a monthly flate-rate quote for services.
Onboarding
Getting started and ramping up
When you decide to partner with Even Keel Tech, we’ll need to take a detailed inventory of everything – staff, hardware, software, agreements and any existing processes you have. We then develop standards for everything and work with you to determine a plan to achieve those standards. We’ll implement an identity platform for your user accounts, with strategies for single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Finally, we’ll deploy our security & management toolset to protect your entire IT infrastructure.
Ongoing Service
Day-to-day support, maintenance and keeping it “Even Keel”
One of the most important aspects of customer service in IT is a fast response time. You want to hear “we got you, here’s the plan” as fast as possible. We take that commitment very seriously. Beyond that, we know that we have to follow-through with that plan, on time and visible, so you have the piece of mind that your own goals and deadlines will be met without stress. We offer multiple ways to engage: email, phone, customer portal and self-booked appointments.
Strategic Advice
Keeping up the conversation
On a cadence that works for you, we’ll have scheduled reviews to ensure that we’re on track to exceed your expectations, discover new risks before they’re a problem, and explore ways to improve your efficiency and your bottom line. No hard sells, just risk evaluation, potential solutions and alternatives.

I started Even Keel Tech to fill what I see as a massive gap in IT service management: reducing the management stress of computer technology on your business and the people who work in your business. Too many IT service companies focus on change for the sake of change without building a solid foundation first.
More important than the latest tech trends:
- Securing your IT Assets against accidents & cybercrime
- Ensuring Reliability with the right standards for your business: processes, hardware, and software
- Consistent excellence in the Client Experience; from a simple and quick response to all requests to welcoming new staff on day 1, deploying new technologies, and communicating changes clearly and effectively
Until a strategy is in place to address each of these items, your IT service & support will struggle to provide value to the business it serves.
